The working principle of the NM hammer mills is simple and reliable. In effect, they only have a space where the rotor and the hammers attached to it rotate and mill the grain into smooth fodder. The hole size of the screen determines the coarseness of the flour.
The NM 500 hammer mill vacuums and mills the grain directly into the silo. It is particularly compatible with carriage line feeders or stock feeders. Our products, can be automated, for instance so that the silo’s surface guard would use the mill if necessary.
This silo mill is a general-purpose model – in addition to a standard silo, this mill can also be installed in a silo made by nearly any other manufacturer, as long as the installation area is compatible with it. This is a way to make use of possible already existing silos.
