"Ilinelli" LTD is a producer of different types of equipment, used in flat storages. One of them is a fumigation machine.
Fumigation machine
The fumigation machine is most commonly used in the silos and ships. It ensures a uniform flow of gas throughout the production volume, thereby creating a lethal fumigant concentration and eliminating pests.
Silo must be isolated as closely as possible. Fumigant-containing tablets (tapes) are putting inside the silo and after that inlet and outlet pipes are connected to the machine. The machine is started and the air, together with the fumigant dissolved therein, is sucked in from the top (roof) of the silo and forced through the ventilation ducts of the silo into the grain mass. The process continues until the entire fumigant is released. The aim is to obtain the same concentration of gas throughout the grain volume, thus ensuring high mortality of the insects.
The machine and drive motor do not have ATEX certification (they are not explosion-proof)
